Modern teachers must be prepared to effectively use digital tools and resources to support their students' learning and development. Teachers also need to create an educational environment that values digital literacy, encourages responsible and ethical interaction, and use visual educational materials and computer visualization tools to create the learning environment. Such needs determine several requirements for teacher training, including developing teachers' information and digital culture. The article is devoted to the problem of developing teachers' information and digital culture through the use of computer visualization. It is substantiated that computer visualization tools are powerful tools that can significantly improve teaching practice by making complex concepts more accessible and attractive to students. The advantages of using computer visualization are determined. It is clarified that the development of teachers' information and digital culture is influenced by various factors: the widespread use of mobile technologies, the development of online learning platforms, the emergence of artificial intelligence, and the development of digital citizenship. Typical theoretical models that support computer visualization integrating technologies into teaching are identified: knowledge of technology, pedagogy, and subject content (TPACK model); SAMR model; TPACK-SAMR model; social constructivism as a learning model; connectivism model. Different research designs in publications are proven, such as the prevalence of case studies, surveys, and in-depth interviews. The common problems teachers face in implementing technologies and digital tools are considered. The strategies for overcoming the issues are investigated. Recommendations are provided to improve teachers' information and digital culture development.
