PREVENTION OF BULLYING AGAINST CHILDREN WITH PSYCHOPHYSICAL DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDERS IN THE EDUCATIONAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER: REGULATORY AND LEGAL SUPPORT

The article substantiates the regulatory and legal support for the prevention of bullying against children with impaired psychophysical development in an educational and rehabilitation center. It is shown that the regulatory and legal framework regulating the fight against bullying against children with impaired psychophysical development clearly defines the rights and obligations of participants in the educational process. It includes such regulatory and legal acts as the Law of Ukraine "On Education", the Law of Ukraine "On Social Work with Children and Youth", the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Counteracting Bullying", as well as resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and orders of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine. It is summarized that the relevant legislative acts and programs aimed at training pedagogical workers, supporting children, and interacting with parents enable not only a response to cases of bullying, but also an active prevention of them, contributing to the development of tolerance and mutual respect among students and teachers. The focus of regulatory and legal support on creating conditions that allow not only effective responses to manifestations of bullying, but also active prevention of its occurrence through the development and implementation of legislative acts regulating the interaction between participants in the educational process is substantiated. It is proven that the listed regulatory and legal acts sufficiently define the requirements for creating a safe educational environment free from violence and bullying, and are sufficient, especially for children with psychophysical development disorders. However, to ensure an adequate level of protection for children, their proper implementation is necessary, which involves introducing a number of effective preventive measures, advanced training for teachers, as well as creating a support system for students and their parents. Monitoring of student behavior and timely response to manifestations of bullying are also important, which allows preventing the escalation of violence and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for children with psychophysical development disorders in educational and rehabilitation centers.
