Abstract

Educational models are profoundly transformed with the development of digitalization. In the modern realities of Ukraine, students have an emetogenic nature of activity caused by a high degree of responsibility and stressogenicity, which requires effective emotional and voluntary regulation. Therefore, it is essential to use digital technologies in the system of professional training not only for the qualitative formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills but also to support the emotional health of students in modern crisis conditions. Our developments include work with the help of digital technologies, which allows the student to learn ways to develop emotional intelligence. This involves inhibiting inefficient forms of emotional behavior, mastering self-regulation techniques and self-control skills, emphasizing arbitrary ways of managing emotions and expressive responses in crises, and improving interpersonal communication skills. Investigating the impact of digital technologies on students' emotional health while learning mathematics disciplines in crisis and distance learning can help develop strategies to optimize the learning process and support students' emotional intelligence. For this, the use of social networks for acquiring team cooperation skills, mobile applications for analyzing accurate data of educational projects, visualization, and calculation tools, web platforms for solving applied problems, artificial intelligence for providing counterexamples, and solving problems to illustrate mathematical statements are presented. Special testing programs for evaluating students and other digital means make it possible to create a comfortable environment in new crisis conditions to help maintain emotional health and create safety conditions when studying professional disciplines. Digital technologies provide quick and easy access to educational resources, reducing the stress associated with obtaining the necessary information. These advancements reassure students and educators, promising a more comfortable and supportive learning environment.
