Abstract

In article describes: the state of development of the problem of training future specialists in physical culture and sports to use innovative types of motor activity in scientific and pedagogical research; research thesaurus; essence and structure of the concept "readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activity"  (a complex personal formation motor activity in the professional activity of PhC&S specialists, specialized knowledge about innovations in the field of  PhC&S in general and innovative types of motor activity, ability (motor and methodical) to demonstrate them and teach others to perform step by step, as well as the desire for self-development and reflection on their implementation / use / promotion in their own professional activities). The non-triviality of the concept of "readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities" necessitated the description of its content. Training of future PhC&S specialists for the use of innovative types of motor activity in professional activities is a process that can be based on a specially designed and tested organizational and pedagogical system of training of future PhC&S specialists, which includes five subsystems: target, theoretical and methodological, content, procedural and control-effective. The control and performance subsystem describes a diagnostic apparatus based on the idea of forming each of the selected components of readiness of future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities: criteria and indicators that quantify the level of such readiness - high, medium, low. The result of the introduction of organizational and pedagogical system of training future PhC&S specialists to use innovative types of motor activity in professional activities is a positive dynamics of changes in the levels of their readiness for each of the components.
