OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROCESS OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHYSICAL-SPORTS REHABILITATION

Aim – to theoretically substantiate the specifics of the implementation of physical culture and sports rehabilitation as a component of the process of physical education of higher education graduates. To achieve this goal, appropriate methods of scientific research of a theoretical direction were used. As a result of the scientific analysis, it was found that currently there are not enough studies on the practice or possibilities of introducing physical culture and sports rehabilitation into the physical education of students of higher educational institutions. The methodological aspects of the development and implementation of integral programs or the use of elements of physical culture and sports rehabilitation of persons with various diseases have not been investigated. There is an assumption that only the systematization of the process of physical culture and sports rehabilitation in higher educational institutions as a component of physical education will allow creating inclusive programs with various types of motor and sports activity, which will ensure the maximum inclusion of persons with disabilities in this process. This will contribute to the qualitative improvement of physical education in higher education institutions in the direction of health preservation, which is a key factor in its success. The above-mentioned problems prompted the structuring of information on the possibilities of implementing physical culture and sports rehabilitation in higher education institutions, which contributed to the development of a management system and conditions for its implementation in the context of working with students who have health disorders. The successful formation of such a structure is more realistic for state and national HEIs, as it requires significant investment in infrastructure improvement. However, the primary task is to solve the issues of program content in the direction of physical culture and sports rehabilitation.
