FROM PEDAGOGICAL COACHING TO FORMING OF PROFESSIONAL SPEECH COMPETENCE OF EDUCATION STUDENTS

Abstract

In the article the features of the use of tool of coaching are exposed in forming of professional speech competence of students of education. The concept of coaching is analyses in pedagogical researches. Basic principles of pedagogical coaching are described. On the basis of analysis of scientifically-pedagogical labors and own pedagogical experience the semantic filling of concept is exposed and complemented pedagogical coaching. Paid attention to philosophical basis of pedagogical coaching. Advantages of the use of coaching are analyses in an educational process. In the article pedagogical coaching interpret as a stage-by-stage and system process of achievement of high level of professional competence, forming of professional image, lining up the own trajectory of development of education students on the basis of wide circle of personality capabilities of education students, knowledge and abilities, that provides teacher-coach. The personality internals of teacher-coach are exposed: empathy, mobility, thinking operation ability, communicative capabilities, tolerant attitude toward a student, understanding of the psychological state of student, prognostication and foresight of actions of students. Emphasized ability of teacher-coach to formulate the system of questions that are the key instrument of pedagogical coaching. The correctly set forth questions help the education students of education to form a personality idea, to show language sense, to stimulate professional interest of the use of broadcasting in future activity, to form the personal interest to the increase of level of the professional broadcasting. It is shown that the use of pedagogical coaching in an educational process gives an opportunity to strengthen motivation of education students of education to forming of professional speech competence, to develop them speech abilities and skills related to future professional activity, to use different grammatical, lexical, phrases in combination with a professional terminological vehicle, to develop a necessity to promote the own level of professional image. An author grounds, that pedagogical coaching is the effective instrument of forming of professionally-speech competence of education students of education. Conclusions are formed, that pedagogical coaching effectively influences on forming of professional image of bread-winner of education.
