ON THE ISSUE OF DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PHYSICAL EDUCATION SPECIALISTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of forming the communicative competence of future physical education specialists who acquire a specialty in higher education institutions. The importance of developing effective professional communication as a component of professional training is emphasized. The definition of the concept of communicative competence in the pedagogical context is given, according to which communicative competence is one of the key components of the pedagogical skills of a physical education specialist, which includes the ability to effectively use linguistic and non-verbal means of communication to achieve specific goals in a professional environment. The characteristics of communicative competence are as follows: mastery of language means listening actively, emotional intelligence, tolerance to different views, and conflict resolution skills. The main aspects of forming communication skills of future physical education specialists in higher education institutions are highlighted. Personality-oriented approaches, intercultural communication, interactive teaching methods, and digital communication are among them. It is emphasized that in the process of training future physical education specialists, it is essential to create conditions for the development of communication skills, namely: improving language skills, developing emotional intelligence, interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists in other fields, using feedback from students, colleagues, and parents, and practical training. It is revealed that the development of communicative competence in future physical education specialists is a process that requires constant practice and self-improvement, which allows to improve the quality of education and training, create a positive atmosphere in the team and among students The use of interactive methods, practical training, digital technologies and a personality-oriented approach allows to form this competence effectively. It is summarized that communicative competence is a prerequisite for the successful professional realization of a future physical education specialist. Its formation should be integrated into higher education institutions' general professional training system.
