ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF DIGITAL COMPETENCE OF THE HEAD OF A GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE SYSTEM OF INFORMAL EDUCATION IN THE RESEARCH OF UKRAINIAN SCIENTISTS

The article substantiates the need to improve the digital competence of the ZZSO scientists in the minds of the digital transformation of the society.
The analysis of the remaining works of scientists from the problem of developing the problem of developing the digital competence of a ceramics worker and laying the foundation of a global medium of education in the system of informal education has been carried out. Particular attention is paid to regulatory and legal documentation regarding the disclosure of this issue.
The description of the digital competence of pedagogical practitioners and their educational specialists was broken down into the concept of development of digital competencies and the Plan of entry for implementation. The article characterizes the need for the formation and development of the digital competence of the clergy (both as key personnel and as teachers) and educators, as it is supported by the state regulatory documents of Ukraine and the program documents of the luminaries and the global humanitarian organizations.
In the article, the interpretation of the concept of "digital competence" by various sciences is explained.
The article states that digital competence is the basic professional competence of a director, and it is necessary to fully develop it by working through all professional activities.
The conditions for the formation of the digital competence of the heads of educational institutions in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education have been determined: the digitalization of education, the availability of legal documents regarding the standards and requirements for the digital competence of teachers, the need to develop and implement criteria for the development of the digital competence of a teacher, the readiness of postgraduate education to ensure the formation of digital competence of teachers, expanded IT-infrastructure of mortgages. In addition, the motivation of teachers of various qualifications to an incessant professional development and self-assessment of their digital competence was determined by an important mental assessment.
