This article explores the process of cultivating value-deontological competencies among future Information Technology (IT) industry specialists, drawing insights from foreign experiences. The integral role of ethical values and deontological principles in shaping the professional development of IT professionals is emphasized, highlighting their significance in fostering ethical and responsible conduct within the workplace.
Purpose. The primary purpose of this research is to identify and analyze key aspects influencing the successful integration of graduates into the IT industry by emphasizing advanced value and deontological principles. The study aims to underscore the necessity of distinct methodologies and approaches in developing these competencies.
Methods. The research employs a comprehensive approach, incorporating literature review, case studies, and analysis of foreign practices. Specific attention is given to the role of ethical considerations and deontological frameworks in professional development. The study critically examines various methodologies and strategies employed internationally for effective competency formation.
Results. The findings underscore the pivotal role of ethical values and deontological principles in shaping the professional trajectory of future IT specialists. The research identifies specific methods and approaches that prove instrumental in fostering these competencies, drawing from successful foreign practices. Insights from the analysis provide a nuanced understanding of the intricate interplay between values, ethics, and professional success in the IT industry.
Originality. This research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering a detailed examination of foreign experiences in the formation of value-deontological competencies in IT professionals. Conclusion. In conclusion, this study lays the foundation for a comprehensive understanding of the formation of value-deontological competencies among future IT professionals, drawing inspiration from international practices. The research advocates for the incorporation of these insights into educational programs and training methodologies, aiming to enhance the ethical and responsible practices of IT specialists. The foreign experiences presented in this study serve as valuable benchmarks for further research and refinement of innovative educational strategies in the IT sector.
