Pedagogical conditions for the development of kinesiology competence for future specialists in physical culture and sports

The article examines the problem of developing kinesiology competence for future physical culture and sports (FC&S) specialists based on a differentiated approach. The essence of the categories "kinesiological competence of future FC&S specialists", "development of kinesiology competence of future FCiS specialists" is characterized. The pedagogical conditions for the development of kinesiology competence of future FCiS specialists are characterized based on a differentiated approach, and the peculiarities of their observance are presented. The first pedagogical condition is the stimulation of motivation to develop motor skills through the organization of systematic open monitoring of individual achievements of everyone. Compliance with the first pedagogical condition involves taking into account students' general cultural and educational levels. The second pedagogical condition is the combination of the individual nature of the assimilation of kinesiology knowledge with the collective organization of students' educational activities through the differentiation of the learning content. Compliance with the second pedagogical condition involves improving the content of disciplines. The third pedagogical condition is the integration of innovative types of motor activity and variable didactic materials through the individualization of the educational and training process. The implementation of pedagogical conditions requires the analysis of innovative types of motor activity to recommend them for mastering by future specialists of FC&S, taking into account not only the preferences of the subjects of learning but also taking into account biological, gender, and physical, biological, and psychophysical characteristics. Prospective areas of further research are the study of the problem of the development of kinesiology competence of future specialists in physical culture and sports in the conditions of a master's degree, in the system of professional development, in the process of self-study.
