ACTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE MECHANISMS OF REALIZATION IDEAS OF CONCEPTION "NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL"

Abstract

Reform of New Ukrainian school determines new requirements and tasks for the leaders of establishments of universal middle education, that outline the actual administrative mechanisms of acceptance of manager's decisions and actions.

Actuality undertaken studies is reasonable an author and it is analysed interpretation of key concepts "New Ukrainian school", "mechanisms", "administrative mechanisms", "financial autonomy", "academic autonomy", "skilled autonomy", "organizational autonomy".

A study of types of management (organizational, administrative, structural, technical, economic, state, informative) mechanisms is undertaken and them practical displays in the management of new Ukrainian school establishment. Descriptions of actual administrative mechanisms of realization of ideas of New Ukrainian school are certain and activity of leaders of establishments of universal middle education is described, that generalized in Table 1 "Actual administrative mechanisms of realization of ideas of New Ukrainian school : practical aspect".

Presented practical aspects of realization of administrative mechanisms of management of education establishment in the conditions of input of Conception "New Ukrainian school", will give an opportunity to form the image of establishment, will provide the grant of quality educational services and will help to attain the expected effective results of reformation of educational industry.

Modernized administrative mechanisms with passing of reform to the next level - base secondary education, gives an opportunity to the leaders of establishments to use them with taking into account of the stages of input of reform.
