TRAINING OF NEW TEACHERS FOR UNITED EUROPE: INNOVATIVE FORMS OF TEACHER EDUCATION

The fundamental problem addressed by the research is the imbalance between Ukrainian society's demands for highly qualified teaching staff, its development prospects, global technological changes and the existing education system, as well as the readiness of teaching staff to design educational environments and implement educational reforms in Ukraine. It is this problem of the modern education system that needs to be solved and is defined in the Concept of Sustainable Development (2023), the Concept of the Development of Pedagogical Education (2018), the Concept of the Development of STEM Education in Ukraine (2020) and the Standard of Basic General Secondary Education (2020). One of the possible ways to solve this problem is to prepare a teacher of natural and mathematical disciplines to design an educational environment based on STEM education technologies. The article proposes non-standard forms of pedagogical education, which are aimed at the formation and development of professional competences of the new teacher of the united Europe.
The research was conducted on the basis of the Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University as part of the work of the student-centered educational and practical center at the Department of Physics and Mathematics. The following methods were used in the research process: pedagogical experiment, abstract - logical; graphic; methods of analysis and synthesis, analogy, comparison; mathematical modeling, pedagogical forecasting.
The practical significance of the research lies in the creation of elements of innovative scientific infrastructure at the Department of Physics and Mathematics with the aim of training competitive specialists for the market of educational services of the united Europe.Modernization of the training of future teachers of science and mathematics disciplines was carried out by the department by introducing new training courses for future teachers of physics and mathematics, as well as by actively involving them in the implementation of educational projects of the STEM - center created at the department. The results of the scientific research are presented by the teachers of the department in the training manuals. The introduction of university studies as a non-standard form of pedagogical education makes it possible to ensure the maximum approximation of the psychological-pedagogical and methodical training of applicants to the conditions of practical professional activity, as well as to develop their creative qualities, through the formation of abilities: build inferences in the form of hypotheses, establish cause-and-effect relationships, thanks to which it becomes possible to clarify the "past - present - future" chain, predict one's pedagogical influence on the activities of students, plan and conduct an experiment.
