ENSURING THE READINESS OF FUTURE EDUCATORS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN FORMS OF METHODICAL WORK IN THE CONDITIONS OF A PRESCHOOL EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Abstract

The relevance of the problem of using modern forms of methodical work in the conditions of a preschool education establishment and future educators’ readiness to implement innovative forms of this work in their own professional activities is highlighted in the paper. The paper is based on analyzing modern domestic and foreign scientific studies devoted to methodical work in preschool education establishments and future educators’ professional training in higher school. The scientific developments are analyzed, which confirm the constant interest and efforts in the study and implementation of modern forms of methodical work in the educational process of the preschool education establishment. The theoretical significance of methodical work in the activities of preschool education establishments is substantiated, and the principles on which the qualitative application of modern forms of methodical work is based are highlighted. Innovative forms of methodical work are presented, outlining their importance for the professional growth of specialists in the field of preschool education. The authors consider methodical work in preschool education establishments as an activity that has a systemic nature and is aimed at increasing the scientific and theoretical, activity-and-research, and cultural levels, as well as the level of psychological training and professional skills of the pedagogical community. It was found that modern forms of methodical work have significant advantages over traditional ones, which are interactivity, practicality, variability, and the promotion of partnership interaction. The most common innovative forms of methodical work, which students of higher education in the specialty "012 Preschool Education" master during the study of educational components, are presented. Emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of using digital resources and ICT tools in mastering modern forms of systematic work. Ways to ensure future educators’ readiness to use modern forms of methodical work are proposed.
