The article considers foreign and Ukrainian experiences in organizing inclusive education for children with hearing impairments. It shows that inclusive education is a modern approach to ensuring equal access to quality education for children with special educational needs, in particular, those with hearing impairments. It promotes the socialization, adaptation, self-realization of these children, and the formation of a tolerant society. The article analyzes changes in the organization of education for children with hearing impairments in European countries, where significant influence on reforms came from measures aimed at the development of hearing screening, early intervention, pedagogical correction, and social rehabilitation. Three main models of organizing inclusive education for children with hearing impairments are considered: the one-track model, oriented towards the integration of children with hearing impairments into mainstream schools by creating special educational opportunities and involving trained teachers; the two-track model, which is based on the existence of separate education systems for children with hearing impairments, with an emphasis on an individual approach and specialized training; the multi-track model, which involves the interconnection and complementarity of regular and special education systems, allowing parents to choose the educational institution for their child according to their needs and abilities. Different approaches to implementing inclusive education for children with hearing impairments are characterized. It is proven that integrating them into general educational institutions with adapted programs and support from specialists is an important step towards creating an inclusive society. It is stated that inclusive education in leading European countries is an effective alternative to special classes and educational institutions, as it opens up new opportunities for cognitive, social, and personal development for children with hearing impairments and their parents. To improve inclusive education for children with hearing impairments in Ukraine based on foreign experience, substantiated proposals and recommendations are suggested.
