The article examines approaches to the digital transformation of physical education lessons for high school students, using artificial intelligence to optimize physical load. The study is relevant because it aims to resolve the contradiction between standardized curriculum requirements and students' individual physiological capabilities in grades 10–11. The aim of the study is to develop and substantiate a methodological model for the digital transformation of physical education lessons that ensures personalized load management through real-time biometric monitoring. The scientific novelty lies in the development of a model for adaptive management of physical load based on artificial intelligence algorithms that analyze students’ biometric indicators and provide their real-time interpretation. It is shown that the use of intelligent algorithms enables predictive analysis of students’ functional state, forecasting fatigue risks, and automatic adjustment of physical activity intensity. The article presents a methodological model of interaction “teacher–AI–student,” based on the use of fitness trackers and mobile platforms for continuous data collection and processing. The proposed approach ensures a transition from standardized norms to individualized physical load management. Particular attention is paid to the interpretation of heart rate variability indicators and recovery dynamics during physical exercise. It has been proven that implementing digital feedback increases students’ motivation for physical education, enhances the objectivity of assessment, and optimizes physical load. It is established that the use of AI technologies minimizes the risk of overexertion and contributes to creating a safe educational environment. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of implementing the proposed model in general secondary education institutions.
