DIGITALIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF ENGINEERING TROOPS IN WAR CONDITIONS AS A REQUIREMENT OF THE TIMES

The article deals with the problems of the professional training system of future engineering troops specialists in the digitalization era in war conditions. The relevance of the current study is that the dynamics of the traditional methodological approach in the educational process, taking into account global world trends, determines the priority of focusing on the competence approach and requires a detailed development of the content of the concept of competence of future specialists in the aspect of digitalization. The article aims to determine the peculiarities of professional training of future specialists in engineering and its structure in the context of digital changes in the modern labor market. The study used general research methods: synthesis, analysis, specification, generalization, comparison, systematization, and abstraction. The study substantiates the peculiarities of the digitalization of professional training of future specialists of engineering troops, which combines professional and personal components. The digital optimization vectors of an educational process aimed at forming information, digital, and communication competence of future specialists of engineering troops as an essential component of their overall professionalism are highlighted. The study has established that the need for digital improvement of the professional training process at the current stage of development is due to specific requirements for professionally significant qualities characterized by particular content and a specific focus on professional activity by digital changes in the labor market, as well as wartime adjustments. One of the promising areas of the educational process is currently positioned as the formation of the personal qualities of a future specialist, including digital literacy, logical thinking, and international communication skills. Further research is needed to substantiate the prerequisites for implementing digital optimization of professional training of engineering troops in the realities of the wartime period.
